How does everything work on the day?
I’ll guide you through the entire process so it feels easy and natural.
We’ll plan a simple timeline ahead of time, meet at City Hall, and move through the best locations together at a relaxed pace. Nothing is rushed, and you’ll always know what to do.
We’re not used to being photographed — will you help us?
Absolutely. Most couples I work with feel this way.
I’ll gently guide you throughout so everything feels natural and comfortable, never forced. The goal is for you to enjoy the moment while I shape the light and composition around you.
How quickly do we get our photos?
A preview is delivered shortly after your wedding, usually a few days to one week. Your full gallery is often delivered within a few weeks.
Everything is edited with care for a polished, timeless result. If you have hopes of getting images back for any specific date, please reach out and I’ll do everything I can to accommodate you.
Do you help with timing and planning at City Hall?
Yes! I’ll guide you on the best timing, lighting, and locations so everything feels effortless and looks its best.
Coverage is designed to stay relaxed and intentional. Shorter sessions are ideal for portraits in a few of City Hall’s most beautiful spaces, while more time allows for your ceremony, a fuller exploration of the building, or time with guests.
Can we include film photography?
I love film. 35mm and medium format can be added for a gorgeous effect alongside your digital images.
Each roll is $200 and includes film, processing, scanning, and refined black and white or color work. I photograph on some of the most exceptional cameras and lenses ever made, including the Contax 645 with its legendary 80mm f/2 lens, along with Canon’s 85mm f/1.2 for wonderful results.
If you’re drawn to the look of film, I’d absolutely recommend including at least 1-2 rolls.
How do we book?
Booking is simple. Choose your date and package through the booking page, and your session will be reserved instantly.

Do you photograph outside of City Hall as well?
Yes — we can get photos which show the front steps and exterior of City Hall and even continue the session elsewhere to capture more of San Francisco if you’re interested in offsite locations. Many couples choose to include other parts of the city to showcase the Golden Gate Bridge, SF’s iconic architecture and neighborhoods, beaches, parks, gardens, or other beautiful scenic landscapes.
